Sue is a former music teacher who loves people and Howard is a CPA/tax specialist who also enjoys meeting people. He is a history buff and both he and Sue enjoy acquainting people to the Homeridge Estate.

Both Sue and Howard grew up in Jerseyville. Sue's parents moved to Jersey County from Chicago when she was ten and she left at seventeen to attend college. Howard, on the other hand, was born in Jersey County as were his father and grandfather. His great grandfather was one of the early settlers of Jersey County.
